Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of life/health insurance contracts, and will be involved in the following tasks in particular:
- Maintaining and developing quality relationships with internal and external partners and customers
- Day-to-day management of contracts: processing of new subscriptions, written and oral communication with customers and intermediaries, processing of various management actions, account modifications (change of address, etc.).
- Apply and comply with quality and transparency standards and deadlines inherent in management procedures, general terms and conditions, and the expectations of internal and external departments.
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of data transmitted to management systems.
You will join a team specialized in the management of life and health insurance contracts.
Your profile
- You have at least a 4-year degree in Management, Insurance, Economics or Mathematics.
- You have a good command of medical vocabulary
- You are a licensed Non-Life insurance agent, or are willing to take the training required to obtain your license.
- You must be fluent in French and English. Fluency in Luxembourgish and/or German will be considered an asset.
- You are comfortable using Office tools, particularly Excel.

Your ability to analyze and summarize, as well as your rigor and organizational skills, will enable you to successfully complete your assignments within the allotted deadlines.
